The "Little Mount" is on a trailer headed for winter storage in 2005. The Little Mount Washington, also known as the "Mini Mount" was launched by its builder, the late Jack Miller of Wolfeboro, on July 4, 1995, and sailed on Lake Winnipesaukee until 2008. At 50 feet long with a 7 foot beam, it is a one-fifth scale model of the Mount Washington cruise ship. It can accommodate 9 passengers and includes about 300 Barbie dolls replicating passengers. After years of decay, it has been restored, is now owned by the NH Boat Museum, and will be on display at the new museum site on Bay Street.
