This photo, simply titled, Lake Winnipesaukee near Wolfeboro, N.H., was made into a postcard by a German printing company, early 1900's. Many postcards were made in Germany, after being edited to take out items such as poles and wires, and were usually ordered in a batch of 1000 by variety stores, such as the Paper Store and others. This photo was ordered by Wallace & Rogers Variety Store, which began in 1908 in the Goodwin Block on South Main St.
