Halloween crowds, 1991. This activity is an annual event for Carpenter School children. The route is generally from the school to downtown on the north side of Main St., then back on the other side. All the merchants participate. View is on South Main St. in front of the Bank Building. Sign is for Moody's Clothing Store, now a realty.
