Brewster Beach, located on Lake Winnipesaukee off Clark Rd. The opposite shore is along Sewall Road. Popular sandy beach in summer with a gradual depth change, it is also well used in winter for ice fishing, ice boating, snowmobiling and, lately, wind surfing on skis. With no nearby bubblers, it is a good location for hauling bob houses onto the lake. The Beach is owned by Brewster Academy and leased to the town for a nominal sum.
