The Dockside Building is the former Railroad Station. Now owned by the Town of Wolfeboro, it is leased for use as a restaurant. It was Bailey's Dockside from 1971 to 1991. The leaseholders were the Skelley Family, who also owned Bailey's Restaurant on South Main Street and Bailey's Bubble (ice cream booth) on Railroad Avenue. The Bailey name came from an earlier restauranteur, Allan E. Bailey, who transferred his holdings to his son-in-law, Alan F. Skelley.
