Bowmans Store in East Wolfeboro was located near the Cotton Valley railroad station. First opened in the 1910's, it became Bowman's from about 1945 to 1965. The general store was also the East Wolfeboro Post Office until closing in 1968, when postal service was transferred to the Wolfeboro Post Office.
